Hello everyone, I have been diagnosed bipolar 2 for many years now. However about two years ago I started experiencing severe fatigue . I thought it may be one of my meds so with the help of my doctor we titrated down on each of them one at a time. Nothing helped. Then I went for a sleep study and they said I had mild sleep apnea. I have been treated for that and I am still tired. I use caffeine And Adderall throughout the day to function. I have three kids and I just can't stop being a mom. I don't want to live my life this way. I hate depending on this amount of stimulants just to function. Does anyone think that the stimulants might actually be the problem? I know that sounds weird a stimulant making you tired... But I thought I would ask and see if anyone might know something or have some ideas. Id be most grateful...

My current meds:
Adderall 30mg er x2 a day
Welbutrin 450 mg
Abilify 4mg
Lexapro 15 mg
Lamictal 100 mg
