Today I had couples therapy with my husband (obviously....:P) and, as usual, when we left I started second guessing everything and berating myself for things I said or didn't say. This seems to be the norm for me which makes it that much harder to go back into the office. He also sees me and my husband individually so I have to find the courage to go back in there for my one-on-one tomorrow and no doubt leave second guessing myself all over again. Ugh.

There's not really a question to this I guess, more of a rant so thanks for reading. If you have any tips for not feeling like a horrible human being I would love to hear them.
