Im rarely ever happy and usually in a negative mood and Im afraid of talking about how I feel cause then I might be judged for being negative. Like if someone asks me how I am I'll just be like I'm doing alright. I haven't been very happy many times in my life. I'm gonna be seeing a therapist next week and then I'll start seeing her every week. I already saw her once and got everything started. So I'll have someone to talk to about everything.
