The one good thing my mother in law ever did for me and I have passed on to my nieces is this.

When my mother in law found out I was pregent she started buying me diapers. She bought what ever was on sale and with diapers you can usually find some on sale or there are always coupons. When ever she had a little extra money she bought diaper and towards the end wipes. I had all different brands and all different sizes. I did not have to buy diapers or wipes for a year which really really helped.

My sister was pregnant and had her baby a few months before I did so she gave me all the little things that you forget you need.

My moms friend went in the opposite direction and got me a beautiful night gown and robe. Because once you have a baby you don't feel pretty and everyone should feel pretty.

So going back since my mother in law did that for me with the diaper I have been able to pass that on to my nieces. If I had extra money I bought a big box of diaper with a coupon and if I didn't have a lot of extra money I bought a small package of diapers. I did this once I found out each of the girls was pregent. No people did not go ahhhhh how beautiful etc. but months later I still get text messages from the girls saying how they still haven't had to buy diapers or wipes yet

Oh I bought all different size diapers
