I am always protecting what can be taken from me, while at the same time being friendly.
I have just learned that my own mother is such a lying manipulator. I knew she was to an extent, but never to this extent. It's crushing!
I expected it from strangers...but from my own mother???
Because these hurts take me so far down the well, I'm going to be very careful about getting myself into anything new that has potential to hurt me. I am weak and extremely obsessive.
