It's obvious trauma treatments are in the public's best interest. But it is difficult to find a trauma therapist even if you are not on Medicare, so that would be so much more challenging. Most therapists it seems what to treat the worried well.
Yes, we need more services. I believe the newest bill out included paying for the education of psychologists and psychiatrists. But if they don't take insurance like many now, it won't make much a difference.

I think if they ever put CPTSD in the DSM that more attention may be placed on trauma therapy. So far Pete Walker by far has the best grasp of multiple trauma. Have you looked at any of the Kati Morton videos? She has some on trauma and about anything else Mental health. Plus she has such an upbeat personality it's just fun to watch her
