I am learning that responding when I first notice things is better than waiting a few more days to see what happened. Last month I noticed I was just a little bit up and lowered my (agitating) AD, which was planned for the next week anyway to prevent it from accelerating my usual spring mania. It stopped it cold. I've never had that happen before but have never reacted so quickly. So now I'm going to try to respond before things blow up in my face.
