I spoke with my T over the phone for half an hour and we talked about our miscommunication and how I could have handled it better. We also talked about becoming more responsible and how to address that with my parents and a lot about my feelings and using DBT skills.
EDIT: It was a very good talk and I feel a lot better because of it. I still need to have a sit-down talk with my parents and explain my feelings about becoming more responsible and I do want to have some kind of game plan with ways I think I can be more responsible.
