I take many of the same meds including adderall and I crash hard at about 10-11 am after taking morning meds at 6 am. I can feel it coming on and take my next dose right away. it has a short ½ life and sometimes you need to let the doses overlap slightly. Otherwise I'm useless. Fog brained and scattered, distracted. What if you split the doses from 2x a day to more often but less mg.?
