i have rang a help line, and at the time it sort of helped ........ the only thing i found uncomfortable is ....... the day after my old cpn, phoned me and knew everything i had said to the help line.............
i have been giving a new one now , that dont report back to your mental health team... its called "night link" (but they are based in the uk)
