I did this treatment not too long ago. It eliminated my depression and anxiety for about 2 weeks, then gave me severe side effects. My brain even felt swollen for weeks afterwards. I never had scalp pain, which is basically the only side effect disclosed in all the marketing materials seen everywhere.

The problem with this treatment is that it is not applied in the clinical settings as it is in the research. The stimulation was in different areas of my brain depending on the day, basically at random as there are manual adjustments involved by people with no clinical background. Clinical oversight is almost nonexistent.

I have spoken with others who had similar conclusions. This treatment costs $10,000. I think this is unethical and people should know about it.
