Well, I would hope we aren't running around talking behind each other's backs but should people need to whisper amongst themselves, I'd say go for it. Not everything needs to be a public declaration. If someone here (aside from myself) thinks I'm a self involved half wit with a mad compulsion to post in every single thread and they wish I'd just shut the hell up, and they want to rant about that without going public, I'd say go for it.

If there is a mad conspiracy of emails in which you all are preparing to lynch me because I'm genetically incapable of growing hair, well, that would run so completely counter to what I see in the people who make up this community that I can't believe it happens. Does it? If so, wow that's not very nice and I should really spend less time here. People are so hateful of bald people sometimes.

So there's my counter point to your point. I understand your concern but absolute disclosure of every little personal issue could get, well, a bit ugly.
