Can be yes...
Think of it like this ... When you wake up from a terrifying nightmare... What kind of physical symptoms do you have in the immediate moment?

That's not saying that's exactly how it feels ... but it gives a good idea of the symptoms - then you stretch those symptoms out for a longer period of time, rather than just a few seconds or a couple minutes... Plus you may have added symptoms too...
