Yes and my daughter has been this way since at least 7. She could throw a "holy terror fit"!
Yea the lady that answered the phone acted like I was the biggest pest ever! That I called with the sole purpose of ruining her day and that I call all the time to do this. UGH. Now I feel like I can't even call to report that my tub is clogged.
