Maybe start with a small goal of working out once or twice a week. It can even be working out at home. I use to do workouts to YouTube videos. I do have a gym membership now. I went last Saturday. I didn't go today. One step at a time. You can do it. As far as friends...join a support group. You can meet ppl that way
