Lunesta makes me irritable. I started a sleep thread, hoping to help sort sleep issues out. I read here that someone regulated their sleep issues, so I was hoping people could add information about that. Glad you have something that works for you. I wonder if taking these kind of drugs long term makes sleep worse since they do in fact disrupt sleep architecture, which causes more problems in the long run.
I ended up taking an ambien and slept 5 hours. I feel better but the day is shot, so I got off track. Instead of being hard on myself or worrying, I'm watching a good movie. giving myself a break. There's a lot of passion/intense emotion in it and it's directed well, so it has my attention. Robert Redford is in it, I love him and the characters he plays. It's called "the Discovery". It's on Netflix.
I cooked some healthy foods for the next few days. Made several salads. Cooked salmon, broccoli and a sweet potato for dinner.
Have some things to do to get back on track. Wanted to work at least 4 hours today so I don't have to work 8 hours tomorrow. I hardly even get weekends, usually working 6 days a week, sometimes 7. I want to do get some work done after the movie so I don't procrastinate tomorrow when I wake up, spending needless worrying about getting work done as i am overwhelmed with stuff to do outside of work too.
Slipping off track but will get back on track soon hopefully. My hip is out of place right now so I can't go to the gym. I was doing stretches and it made it worse.
Well, I'm getting back to my movie. Just wanted to talk about getting back on track. It's quiet here, so I suppose I can encourage myself at the moment.
Hope you are doing ok Trace.
