We are each/all only human.
We each/all hope to be treated well (with respect) by others we encounter. The same goes for customer service reps, etc.
Lots of very frustrating events take place; yet,I get more bees with honey than with vinegar. (More assistance, too.)

-----response. I so agree w you! The old kill them w kindness approach is much more likely to be successful and not burn your bridges than anger. Another old adage is never let them see u sweat. Anger just plays into all that stigma. If things r really messed up, get names and write a very stirring letter to someone high up in that organization showing why it is to their advantage to treat u and others fairly. U can copy a legislator, blind copy or one that shows on the letter. Ironically i used to take cheap glassware out to a field and threw it when i was in school, but i can see there was a far easier solution right under my nose by just going to the proper person in charge.
