But to answer the question seriously, I would caution anyone against actually exchanging fluids unless the relationship is monogamous and both have been tested. You can still do oral with condoms so if it's not your regular partner, I'd say forget spit or swallow, use a rubber.

As for with a regular partner, it's personal preference. I certainly don't regard it as too gross.
