I feel like such a bad wife though because I'm really trying to get over there but my body isn't cooperating. Having a bad IBS flare and the meds aren't helping. My insides feel like they're being tied in knots. I don't really want to drive over there during this crap going on because i might literally crap myself in the car. Oh how I love IBS. Maybe it's bad cause I'm anxious. Maybe a klonopin would help. who knows.

Anyways. that's what i'm dealing with today.
I'm sorry you're having such a tough time today with your IBS. Please be gentle with yourself. This is something that is out of your control and I'm sure your husband knows you're there in spirit. Have you been able to talk to him? I'm glad he came through surgery well.
