Neither did a thing for anxiety for me at least. I was on a high dose of gabapentin for awhile and that helped stabilize me and for my anxiety. Also tried buspar which was crap. Right now I'm back on klonopin after going to the ER for an attack on Christmas Day. But everyone's different.
