Chronic illness leads to depression, depression leads to chronic illness , oh joy .
I have IBS-C on top of that OIC which resulted in bleeding hemorrhoids and **** fissures from hard stool, but my bladder wants to do its own thing , I have a neurogenic bladder, enlarged prostate and alternate between having to use a catheter 5 X's a day,because my bladder never completely empties , to having to wear diapers because it will go when it wants where it wants anytime it wants , the contrast is amazing. I tried Cymbalta many years ago, unfortunately like so many things I was horribly allergic to it , the only psychotropic I can safely take is Mirtazapine (Remeron) , there is almost nothing that I have not tried , several though that have ended me in ICU with multiple organ failure ,my longest stay in ICU from a reaction to a drug was 6 months, the bill was ginormous in the 3+ million dollar range .
