I definitely don't swallow.
But I don't spit it out right then and there.
I sort of gracefully hold it, make my way into the bathroom, and let it go in the sink.

I would think one could only be bad if she was doing something to make it hurt. Otherwise, as long as it is being done at all, even if not spetacularly, I would think it feels good for them, lol.

I like how the title of this thread gave not 1, not 2, but 3 names for this act. As if we wouldn't know what it is with just 1 name, LOL!!!
