I lowered from 200mg gradually to 25mg a day and then quitted. The reason was for better balance to ride my motorcycle and bicycles.
I have better balance, but I'm falling into a mild depression. That was three weeks ago.
It seemed not to be doing anything, but it's the only change I have done. So it was working. My bad.
I don't have a mood stabilizer now. Maybe I need one. Be careful of how fast you lower it. It took 4 months for me.
