Caffeine actually ups my mood, so I like drinking coffee. The problem is that it makes my anxiety soar. What I've done is drink less of it, and it's helped with anxiety. Really, if it weren't for the anxiety, I would have continued to drink more -it helps me with focus and can help with mood -until I crash from it. Of course then I would just drink more to keep up the effects.
