my point for some reason you may have checked the time and it said 911. now your internal clock has you looking at your watch every day or night at 9:11.

this pattern can be broken just like a person who no longer gets up at the same time every day, or no longer eats their dinner at exactly 5:00 pm or any other patterned/ scheduled thing can be. all it takes is noticing your urge to look at your watch and remind yourself you dont have to do that any more. after a couple times your internal clock will stop reminding you to look at your watch at 9:11. first before you "deprogram" and "reprogram" your schedule you might want to make sure you have nothing going on that you may really need that internal reminder to keep track of the time at 9:11am or pm.

I do have to say this internal clock of keeping track of time is a pain in the behind when I am on vacation and with my family and I know right when its time to get up, get the kids ready for their respective day care or school and head off to work. my wife sometimes has to remind me to go back to sleep the alarm is not set and the kids are still asleep lol. then when vacation time is over my internal clock is used to sleeping in and out of routine so then I have to reprogram my internal clock with an external alarm for a few days.

I never even thought of that

I love reading your posts, you always come up with good ideas
