At the moment I am currently taking 25mg Serequol only Sun-Tues. The rest of the week I wing sleep. My CPN (Community Psychiatric Nurse) and my Psychiatrist want me off it as I am taking 2 Anti Psychotics and they don't like that. So I am pretty much weaned off of the Serequol. I can only take it on days I go to college so that I sleep. College finishes in 3 weeks so after that I will be on 0 meds for sleep.... HELP!!
