I don't use a pill box, but I'm vigilant about taking my meds at the exact same time each day and I remember which ones. But there are many other mundane chores I avoid with all the stubbornness of a mule. I haven't gotten my mail in a month and I let laundry pile up for weeks. The "I don wanna" feeling is with me often. I've gotten into the habit of "talking" to the little girl in me who doesn't wanna do something and finding out why and "parenting" her. Sounds dopey when I say it, but it helps me a ton.
