It sounds like the therapeutic relationship has been really hard lately. Whenever that happens to me, I get depressed. It's embarrassing to be depressed because of your T. Then you go to session and say "I'm really depressed," and he says "why?" and you have to say "because of you." I hate that.

Hopefully, your T is a repair expert (they are supposed to be, aren't they? rupture repair rupture repair--that's therapy) and can get things running smoothly again. I relate a little bit right now. Not quite the same, but I am having a major rupture with someone right now and it almost seems like we need therapy together! Which would be absurd.
