The puzzle had a picture on its top of the whole of Central and South America and I knew where Venezuela was by then but it was very funny because I lost a lot of time thinking North and South America are directly above/below each other and they're not. So, I knew Mexico was directly below all of the US and tried to put Chile below the Yucatan there and there's whole bunches of Pacific Ocean there instead. Then, of course, since everything in South America is shifted East of Central America, I couldn't get my head to work right and was thinking since it was "East" it must be the Atlantic Ocean so I was all turned around. The map makers had spelled "Chile" horizontally instead of vertically, like the country is, so I was trying to put it across the bottom where Brazil is instead of along the west coast; I was a mess!
