Part of it was that I thought a friend was angry with me And if someone, particularly a friend, (or therapist or relative) is angry with me that activates all the old parental tapes. But it turns out the friend isn't angry after all

I think maybe I need a lightbox, ( maybe SAD, I certainly feel much more depressed in the winter) but the "undeserving" tapes contribute to me not having got one

I'm also still having med adjustment "issues".....
