At least 3 or 4 doctors have tried to get me on lamictal over the years but I am TERRIFIED of trying any new drug. Today my GP prescribed me 5mg chewable lamictal to help me ease into it...she even said I could break it in half(!) Even if it takes me many months get to an appropriate dose, I finally feel hopeful that I will actually try it this time.
