Hello John: I can't offer you any authoritative advise with regard to all of this.

It sounds to me as though it could be some sort of medical problem... possibly something related to hormones. But that's just a guess on my part.

I know you wrote you saw a doctor. But I wonder if it might not be appropriate to see an endocrinologist... someone who specializes in the treatment of hormonal problems.
Of course, it is possible that the baldness may be genetic I suppose.

And the impotence you're struggling with could be psychological. Impotence tends to be a problem that feeds on itself I believe. You have a couple of instances of it & you begin to worry about it. And then the fact that you're worrying about it makes it all the more troublesome... and on it goes.

If you've struggled with depression prior to developing your impotence problems, your impotence may be the result of your depression... (& anxiety too if that has been a problem for you in the past.) Seeking the services of a mental health therapist may be advisable if depression, & possibly anxiety, have been problems for you.
