Well I agree they rarely are, I have a new one ,he is a cpn an I have to say first impressions are good he turned up with a copy of my care plan ,which I asked for last week,never expected to get as haven't had one in the ten years ive been under mh team!!!! he was very easy to talk to,stayed for nearly two hours and while he encouraged me to contact crisis team and mentioned i,p he did not pressure me so ,what do you guys think? X
