This is my last week of this semester, and coming Monday and Tuesday, I have three finals along with a five-page essay due. Currently, I am having to finish homework for physics as well as study for calculus, but for some reason, whenever I attempt to commit to these two subjects, it is like I freeze up. My mood has not been notably poor today, and I have not been having an issue with procrastination today. However, whenever I do attempt to complete the homework, I simply cannot concentrate as I usually can. The issue is, this has been occurring for the past few days, and considering the sheer amount of work that I must complete, it seems rather overwhelming.

I do not really struggle with these classes, but for some reason, I keep forgetting the formulas as of lately. Even deriving the formulas is notably more difficult for me to accomplish, despite it often being simpler for me. For some reason, no matter what I try (lunch, sleep, time outside), I still cannot concentrate on anything. Last semester and the beginning of this semester, I had no issue whatsoever in concentrating on my work be it classwork or homework. However, towards the end of this semester, I have been unable to commit myself to studying or homework due to my inability to properly concentrate. As a result, my grades have slipped somewhat. I would rather not be required to retake another semester of any given class, so I absolutely must be able to concentrate this weekend and properly study, but no matter what I attempt, nothing seems to work.
