I take my meds 99.5% of the time. I have reminder alarms on my phone, plus I put my pillboxes in strategic places so I'm always close to them. Every once in a while I'll get out of my routine and I forget them anyhow, but those times are very rare. I don't do well even if I miss a single dose, so it's always worth it to take them...I'm on a very short leash.
