I can't say I 'love' taking Ativan, but I have been taking it for about 5-6 years. Right now my dose is 2mg at bedtime. At one point I was taking up to 7mg a day. Now it's really rare that I need it outside of my bedtime dose. Although with the holiday season here I have taken 1 or 2 off schedule.
