I have had to take meds twice a day for physical stuff since age 12 so I almost never ever forget. Forgetting those ones could potentially be deadly.
Even when I was totally shiit faced drunk at college- I always took my meds before passing out For the night!

So for me remembering my psych meds is just adding one more of a big handful of pills I swallow every day into a pill box. But I would imagine for ppl who didn't take any medications before that it might not always be so easy to remember to take them all the time. Or want to.

I hate that I can't just hop in the car on a plane and take off somewhere impulsively w/o first making sure I have enough pills. Going to the pharmacy and dropping $100s on med copays every month blows. I got a real job right out of college at age 23 instead of being young and carefree driving cross country and wAitressing or something bc I needed a job with health nsurance...
sigh. Sometimes stuff like that is kind of depressing. Anyway sorry if I am just babbling on here.
