And a hearty PC Welcome to DarlaJean from Marla Jean!
Psychosis is frightening, especially the first time it happens. It's very common in bipolar 1 so believe me, you're not alone. It takes many shapes and forms, and it doesn't always stay the same. I've had hallucinations of cats running under the linen carts in the ER, and other times I've heard classical music that has never been composed. (I don't know how I know that.) I also get paranoid from time to time, thinking my neighbors are spying on me and wondering which of them intends to do me harm. Just make sure your pdoc and T are aware of what's going on with you, as there are many ways to get psychosis under control. It'll be OK, you can handle it, just get help before things go sideways if you can. (((HUGS)))
