I've tried before to get up earlier so I can have breakfast and start my day off well, but I really struggle so much! Anyone have any tips?
My advice is for you to do what makes you happy You're are not the person your housemate is, so don't worry about what their routine is. Mine is similar to their's, but that doesn't mean you should do what I do. You should do what you're comfortable doing. If you think that you would like getting up a little earlier, then literally start small - set the alarm for 10 minutes earlier, and find some little thing to fill that 10 minutes. If you like the result, then try another 10 minutes... but don't try to rearrange your entire routine all at once. And don't try to make these changes just because I (or your housemate) said you should, do what you do for YOU, and YOU only.
