Is there something like that for suicide? Obviously it's all subjective but it does provide a baseline. All I could find after a quick google search was a questionnaire for Drs to give out.

I'm really glad you posted this. I have SI more often then not. I googled suicidal ideation scale and lots of stuff came up. I found a scale helpful to me on Psy-World.com. I hope you find something helpful to you.
