I want to warn you that you may have a following of men at that beach. Have fun. If you have time walking up and down the shoreline will rev up your metabolism for a while until your body adapts. Drink plenty of water sunbathing. I was into wrestling growing up and after that enjoyed powerlifting which also had wt# classes I was at 165 in powerlifting and 105 # wrestling I would post a picture but I'm to shy and don't know how.
