I have come to accept that it will take in excess of 20 minutes to buffer a 2 minute video to watch. One reason I try not to use youtube as it makes my blood boil.

But the latest issue I have been having is so frustrating .......... I cannot get past a few seconds of "buffering" when it shows me to REPLAY. I just cannot get the entire video to buffer ......... or download .......... or whatever it does.

I did some trouble shooting on youtube but all it said was to clean my already cleaner than clean cache.

Any suggestions why I can't get an entire video to buffer so I can watch more than 20 seconds?
