I'm meeting someone to discuss moving out! Rent is $400 in a house downtown and he's paying all utilities, etc. He said he has an 8 year old son that visits every other weekend and he is gone most of the time for work. He is okay with me smoking cigarettes and okay with me bringing my cat with me. We're meeting on Monday!!! What questions should I ask? I've never moved out before and I haven't told my parents yet and this is all new to me. I'm super nervous. But if it works out I'll be 15 minutes away from home and in my own space FINALLY! Ah!
