Something that helps me when things are really bad is 2 benzos. I take up to 4 mg of klonopin and up to 5 mg of valium. I'm extremely sensitive to the valium so it calms me and helps me sleep. Trial and error shows this works better than increasing my klonopin too much.
But anyway, would your pdoc consider briefly adding a 2nd benzo?
