Didn't they give you a piece of paper for how to care for it? When do you go back to get the stitches out and it checked? Are you supposed to go to your regular doc for follow-up? Your pDoc or anyone? They'll be able to help.

After the stitches come out in a week or two I'd start using some of that "cream" they advertise on TV:
