This is my second day sober. Ive been drinking for a few years. Which may not seem like a long time idk, but i drank heavily.

I drank mainly out of loneliness and boredom. Then i eventually drank out of sadness.

What do you guys do when youre alone? Its very boring and lonely.

I dont have many friends and no one visits me because i live in the country. Everyone tells me i live too far.
