In my experience, when I don't want to go outside of my apartment and force myself to, 99.9% of the time I feel better after going outside. Generally it is good for our health to move around and be in the outdoors, even for short periods of time.

For some people though, getting out of the house is easier said than done. Perhaps you could start by going outside for shorter periods and working up from there?
