My T assures me that even when I don't feel it or see it in the mirror, I am a beautiful person. She reminds me that when I learn to love myself there will always be love for me even when those who are close to me are having a hard time and can't give it. It is so hard sometimes though to remember to love ourselves. Try to find a way today to say to yourself that you love you.
