1). School loans forgiven
2). One year of paid vacation
3). 5 year supply of favorite shoes
4). Lifetime supply of tacos
5). 10 years free gas
6). Permanent good bill of health
Firstly, the quality of tacos is not specified and so, for fear of dooming myself to a lifetime of sub-par tacos, I would have to omit number four. In regards to numbers one, two, three, and five: nothing is free. My not paying for something simply means the burden is shifted to someone else, and so I cannot comfortably choose either of those options.
Option six seems the best option, but I still can't help but wonder the following:
Does option six promise immunity to physical harm, as well as viruses and bacteria? Certainly, one cannot be thought to be in good health if they've been shot or something similarly awful. Furthermore, would this mean that the button-pusher attains magnificently fast healing abilities, or god-like invincibility? Are mental disorders included? Would pre-existing medical conditions be cured? I imagine this would have to be the case. Would eternal youth be part of the bargain? I would assume so, seeing to as how everything tends to go downhill as you age. And what is meant by the word "good"? By whose standards are we basing that adjective? Does it indicate "good" in comparison to others? If so, to whom are we comparing? If we are comparing health to say, someone dying of an awful disease, nearly anything would seem "good" by comparison and we may be stuck the same as always. What if the "good" in comparison to this hypothetical poor soul is worse than my current "good" and I end up worse off? Things are never specific enough.
