I love candles and for some reason fell back where I just stopped using them, but I think I should again. I need to learn how to slow down. I used to take baths sometimes, but I've been kind of agitated when I stay still...but maybe I should try that. Lavender oil sounds calming. I don't have any, but it definitely sounds worth buying. I will google some of the grounding skills too.
